LiguriaHomes is a brand of Casamare s.a.s., the only estate agency in the Italian Riviera dei Fiori - Western Liguria (the part of Northern Italy with the most temperate climate throughout the year) with three branches that cover an area from the French Cote d' Azur to Diano Marina. We also have firm/old and established co-operation contracts with important agents in eastern Liguria (Portofino, Rapallo, Santa Margherita and Cinque Terre).

We are an old established family, proud of an over 30 years experience as Estate Agents and Property consultants. Our Managers are "official" Estate Agents, registered in the register of estate agents held at the Chamber of Commerce of, after they have passed an hard Examination on every aspects about property purchase process. LiguriaHomes director, Matteo Scandolera, is also an Official Property Consultant of the Sanremo Court.

We are proud to be members of the FIAIP, the association of Italian Estate Agents with over 50,000 members, and linked to CEI (European Confederation of Estate Agents), REALTOR (Association of American Estate Agents) and FITA (The equivalent to the English CBI).

We are proud to represent in Western Liguria the most important agencies in the UK: Prestige Property Group and Jackson-Stops & Staff and we collaborate with several agencies in France, Germany, Russia and worldwide.

We promote important property investments and new buildings with widespread publicity in the most important Italian national media (Daily National Papers, specialised property magazines, web portals, television etc..), and, in Great Britain, on magazines on all things Italian ("Italy Mag", "Italy!" or "Living Abroad") and property expositions (“Viva Italia!”, “La Dolce Vita”, etc..).

Once you have decided where you want to live or spend your holidays and what your requirements are, our fully qualified company with experienced staff in all our branches (Sanremo, Ospedaletti, Bordighera and French Cote d'Azur) will only offer you properties that come as close as possible to your needs.
